I Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Design Wing Home Interiors, we value transparency and fairness in every transaction.
1. Booking Amount

The booking amount paid to initiate a project is non-refundable.

It covers design planning, coordination, and blocking production capacity.
2. Cancellation

Cancellations before design approval: partial refund (after deducting used resources).

Cancellations after design approval or order confirmation: no refund, as materials are custom-made.
3. Delay Compensation

If Design Wing delays project completion without mutual agreement, we offer ₹500/day compensation until handover.

If revised timelines are mutually agreed, the delay penalty won’t apply.
4. Defective Material Replacement

Defective materials identified during execution are replaced within 15 working days.

Replacement items do not qualify for refund, as they are covered under service.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10 working days after review.
6. Dispute Handling

Any disputes are handled amicably; unresolved cases fall under Bengaluru jurisdiction.
